I received a letter saying from Nationwide and told to phone this number.A woman with an african accent answered told her i'd received a new card . She dint want to know -very suspicius and just ended the call very unproffesionally

I had fraud happen and this number popped up asking for all my details. I instantly hung up and went onto nationwide themselves and found a different number. Please be careful when you think it's the bank calling in case it isn't! Do research on the numbers your bank actually uses!
