Missed call from an unknown number on my mobile. No voicemail was left and I could not identify who it belonged to.

I received an email claiming a Direct Debit had been created using my Nationwide bank account, supposedly linked to a school. Although the school itself appears genuine, the payment request was fraudulent and clearly designed to trick people into believing an unauthorised bank instruction had been set up.
