Just had a phone call person asking to speak to my husband but he has died 16 months ago stating I was able to get a refund of £1800, never had finance, told him no thanks and put his phone number in the 1572 bin, so I hopefully should not get another call from them, a bit frightening as I am nearly 80 years old.

I don't care what the repeated advice says, BT has it's own text delivery service and it comes from a 0845 number. So if the AQL system works as described it would never have been involved in a call to me. And the BT system does not ask you to press numbers to hear the message.
