Caller falsely claimed there was a report about housing repairs and tried to engage about property maintenance issues.

chasing a parking fine. I've told them that I dispute it, that I wrote to the parking company explaining why. Parking co sent it to DCBL - DCBL aren't interested in circumstsances - just in getting payment and they keep chasing me to pay. Have spken to them twice, in the second time after a few minutes the line dropped, but they didn't call back or email.

tried telling me my meter was out of calibration and needed to have a smart meter fitted. I| asked when they carried out the calibration check on the current meter as nobody from Ovo has been to my home. I then asked to see a copy of the test certificate from a certified calibration company ..........strangely they hung up .................. Dont fall for this as its an absolute scam

The call from BT said it had a message from a caller with a five digit telephone number (who has 5 digit phone numbers?? ) and said 'press or dial 1 ' to pick up the message. There seemed no option to 'hear the message again' and since I did not recognise the phone number I did not 'press 1' before checking on line if this was really BT or if it was one of the regular 'fraud' calls. Although I subsequently checked on line and found it was BT but cannot find any way to read the message
