Asian female, claiming to be from Sky. Offering 20% off bill. She did not know what services I had, did not know my email address and sent a text with a 6-digit one-time passcode for me to confirm. Obviously did not! DANGEROUS SCAM. 2 hours later they tried again from 0121 529 2572.

I emailed Coloplast Charter in May that I believe someone at DPD delivery is passing on customer details to scammers as I am pestered by this and other numbers each month I place an order with them. In May I received a scam text with correct delivery timeslot leading me to think it’s someone at DPD. Had no response to my email and continue to hang up and block when the scammers call. They often open with they’re calling from Sky
