The caller used a robotic voice and introduced herself as Jackie, saying there was nothing to worry about. I ended the call straight away. These unwanted calls are very frustrating.

A woman called herself Jackie and asked whether I was the homeowner. When I asked which company she represented, she gave a vague answer about having offices across the country.
