THIS IS NOT A SCAM. This number is that of Formel D, an automotive service provider with whom Citroen are working in regard to the vehicle recall regarding Takata airbags. Citroen will have passed on the phone numbers of those affected in order to arrange home repairs. I was phoned on Monday, telling me the details and saying they had a slot for me on Thursday 31st July. I was then sent a confirmation email, was rung a 2nd time on Wednesday as final confirmation, then sent an email that allows you to track the technician coming to you, as well as a time estimation of their arrival. All was carried out without a hitch, and I then received an email confirming the repair which I can send on to my insurance to confirm the repair has been carried out. They asked for no money. I cannot stress enough - this is 100% legitimate and if you are affected by the airbag recall, this is your route to getting your car back on the road legally.

Had numerous calls with voicemail left telling me they had appointment for my air bag replacement on my citreon and to go online an click confirmation which of course i didnt, as replacement already booked with our local dealer so think it's a scam

I signed up for airbag replacement, but this was a scam spin-off trying to exploit that.

Same about a vehicle recall. Funny enough my vehicle had been recalled. Repair already carried out. This message said would come to house to carry out refit.
