Rang but phone said spam, so didn't answer. No message left.

I felt harassed at 9am in the morning, the lady would not let me put the phone down despite saying we did not want an energy review and that I was on another business call. She was really overbearing and I put the phone down feeling as though I had been bullied. I worry for other people, especially someone elderly who will think she represents something official and that it is a requirement.
