It's definitely from Onward.. It's a robocall that then puts you through to an CS representative. It is usually regarding rent arrears.. It most definitely isn't a scam..

Claiming to be from onward homes , rent department. If you ring the number back it puts you through to onward apparently , but the lady said they were having problems with the system
