This is pure cremation. I already have a plan that I took out in January. They are doing nothing but email, ring and leave voicemails. I rang today to ask why I’m getting mithered when I have a plan. She said this is due to the enquiry I made last may. Obviously don’t update their computer systems. I ended up hanging up on her.

Called within 15 minutes of me completing some details on the Pure Cremation website, but hung up when I answered. Not helpful if customer service

Pure creation I rang up see how much it cost now they keep ringing me sending letters ive blocked 🚫 loads of there numbers still ringing me it's doing my head in.

Also think this is Pure Cremation. enquired but didn't commit. Phone hangs up when you answer it, Twice so far within an hour of visiting the website.

I think this number might relate to Pure Cremation. I enquired on the cost of a plan but didn't go as far as fully confirming my requirements. 2 calls from this number in the space of 3 hours after coming away from the Web site

Phone from this number about 4-5 times a day, never answer just let it ring out

Didn't get there on time to answer, they didn't leave a voicemail. Can only assume its a cold caller trying their luck. Whoever it is they will not be able to call again as I blocked it.
