Wouldn’t stop ringing, kept pushing me to take out appliance insurance and even laughed when I said I’m not mentally in the correct position at the moment to be talking, left the phone call in tears as he wouldn’t let me go, demanding my partners details and demanding I run a quote. Very horrible company, now blocked - do not answer to them.

This is the number for Home Shield which looks like a legitimate company, however, a very pushy operative gave a 'slightly' incorrect address with my correct name asking about washing machine insurance. Had I not been more alert, I could have easily corrected them on the address, thereby confirming my name and address. I repeatedly said I have no idea what they are talking about, revealed nothing and they eventually put the phone down after several attempts. Not pleasant.

Scam. Claiming to renew my washing machine insurance, asked for my bank details

Claiming to be from home sure warranty for washing machine, knew my name and address. However couldn’t tell me the brand of washing machine etc that I had. Trying to sell a further warranty
