Several calls from this number. First re. Insulation Second Solar Third silent, noone spoke at all! Blocked!

I got the telephone call 7 hours ago, the caller asked if I was the homeowner then proceeded to tell me about loft insulation, to which I said the second floor is in the roofspace, I don't have a loft! That didn't stop him, he later talked about cavity wall insulation, I have an almost new build prefab house with no cavity and no loft, he read from a script, very fast without pausing for breath, babbling on about the benefits of insulation because others have had damp in nearby houses, I spoke as he talked, and explained or tried to get through to him, no 2 way conversation. All talk and he doesn't listen, too busy reciting a script. I then put the telephone down and left him to rabbit on to himself! Sad really as it's probably his boss who wants him to read the script no matter what, read that script! Spoke good English so maybe a UK call center.
