Claiming to be a car claim very fast talking and pushy

Deffinately Pakistani (I speak the lingo) and he insisted I was in council property and I had to pay him money for repairs . Explained I owned my own home and then he wanted to sell me insurance and started to ask weird questions. I said I knew he was a scam artist and his name wasn’t really Peter. He decided to get abusive and made assertions (that were as correct as they were inappropriate) about my sexuality and insisted I would burn in hell and that Allah was coming for me. I said thanks for letting me know and asked what time he’d arrive so I can ensure I put the kettle on. I don’t think he understood. I think I could hear someone chasing a rattle snake in the background and a woman being whipped 🤷
