No one spoke on the line. Just silence which makes it pointless and annoying.

They asked me : Can you hear me okay? I said Yes. Then they hung up. I remember then (regrettably) that by saying yes, they may cut and paste your voice reply to a money transfer request using voice recognition. A very easy trap to fall into, so be aware.

AI call wanting to offer re loft insulation check - keep getting these call and wish they would cease

Robocall not from real person (responses generated by AI, cf. Alexa) trying to get sales leads for dodgy window companies trying to get round the ban on calling TPS numbers. Might even be worse, the person who visits for the so-called Free Survey might not even be from a window company, could be common criminals inspecting your valuables and security systems so they can burgle you later on.
