Said they were from o2 about my SIM card with them. I’m not with o2. Asked them to stop calling me. She then said “if I don’t cooperate with her questions she will keep calling me”. She then hung up. I then received several calls in quick succession from mobile numbers!

I rang back using 141 - recorded message purporting to be an Energy Department. Obviously a scam, and give the previous comments I would avoid like the plague.

Told me they had a promotion for window replacement: but 1) I use TPS; and 2) I use a local firm, and 3) NEVER deal with cold callers. Report, and hang up!

Caller alleged there were discrepancies in my recent gas charges and that they could help recover money. They attempted to build urgency by implying action was required quickly. However they could not confirm basic account information without me providing it first. This is typical of energy billing scams.
