The caller fraudulently claimed that he needs personal information.. it’s very clear he was lying and dishonest. Simply give him false information.

The person insisted my energy provider had authorised them to conduct account reviews. They asked detailed questions about my billing history and tariff type. When I requested official identification and callback details, they hesitated and changed the subject. This strongly suggests a fraudulent energy billing operation.
