Call was silent for 10-15 seconds, then awful cracking sounds like something trying to connect, ended in them hanging up. Almost certainly another automated dialler. Interesting that I get a lot of these to my landline, but this was to my mobile.

Early spam call woke everyone. Accent caller so hung up before any company name.

Obviously a call centre, took a while for the other end to connect. Asked to speak to my husband. When I asked who was calling the lady then carried on talking to me. I am not the apparent policy holder. Claimed to be from an appliance insurance company offering to 'renew my cover' for another year. Items covered: TV, Washing Machine & cooker for £189.99. A good guess that most people would have these! She wanted to check my details, which were out of date and wrong. I hung up. Obvious scam.

Caller claimed they were from an official energy department and insisted they would come out and look at our gas meter reading, as they were having some problems. They asked for information about the invoice, and asked for information like email, and said the wrong name on the contract. but kept asking about info

Caller claimed they were from an official energy department and insisted on reviewing my tariff. The information given was vague and inconsistent. I believe this is a scam.
