Thus number called me today @ 11:31. I didn't answer as I don't answer to any phone number i don't recognise. Found out through Google they are scam callers. So please careful and don't answer to any phone number you do not recognise.

Rings up every day then try's wife mobile comes up as scam call

Tried to conversation continue, even I said, I’m busy right now, he mentioned he’s calling behalf of Ealing Council for surveying tenant’s safety. Then I believe him and tel him call tomorrow morning 10’clock. And I checked today he did call 10.01 am. So I was suspicious and googled that number and found out the truth. I thank you to your service. Have great day.

Claimed to represent local government carrying out a survey = trying to harvest personal information. Refused to provide any verification they were a legitimate survey for the LA.
