Said they were Barclays trying to authorise a payment Total scam

We were called today, did not recognise tis 01488 number so did not answer-they actually left a message on our voicemail which we retrieved later they said 'The householder is eligible for grant towards solar panels, so please call this number and we can arrange everything' ! We deleted message and obviously will not be calling them back. It is a damn nuiscance to get these calls as they interupt whatever business you may be getting on with ! Love our landline but always think we should get rid of it once we get a call as this, shall report this to BT also.
