Ignored the call because I did not recognise the number. No voicemail left and now blocked.

Went through to voicemail and disconnected immediately. Looked like another nuisance scam call.

Tried to get me to answer simple questions which sounded like an attempt to record my voice.

James claiming to be from a local energy advice service. Clearly sounded like a pre recorded script with pauses waiting for answers.

Rang and was very persistent that I because had government grant loft insulation, it would be causing damp in my roof space, they want to come out and inspect for free . I kept telling him no as I don’t know who he is , he said they were government eco services in London, wanted private information which I don’t give out. Told him I am not interested to be told someone will ring back in half an hour to arrange a date!! Don’t think so. You are blocked.

This is a nuisance call which comes from male and female callers about my home warmth offering vouchers on new boilers, windows and even doors. It is a recorded message because you're ignored if you ask a question and the call just goes on. I usually block when they ask questions but this morning I listened and unblocked the number to see if I could find out who was actually calling. THEY ARE VERY PERSISTENT.

Rang our work number, claimed to be Home Sky Care and told me my contract was up for renewal - I told him he was a liar and he hung up
