A gentleman called Richard claiming to be calling from British Gas asking about updating our contract. I told him that I already renewed our contract yesterday with British Gas. He got angry and demanded that i give him the new contract details. I refused and told him to not call back, he proceed to call back a further 2 times before I could block the number on our system. Very unprofessional, rude and aggressive!

Claimed to be from Pozitive energy regarding my current energy contract. Same rude, annoying persistent idiot I have already blocked on similar numbers!

Claimed to be from the energy department about loft insulation grants. I have never requested this. Clearly a scam trying to get personal details.
