claimed to be EE - said were replacing sim cards as there had been problems and my number would be blocked for 24 hours and a new sim sent - started to unravel a bit when I said wasn't practical as I wasn't in the country & tone became irritated and patronising - when he began to ask for personal details i.e. conformation of email address I said I was uncomfortable and terminated the call

Call came through to the landline from someone claiming to be based in London. Spoke very confidently but kept talking without clear purpose. Felt like an unwanted sales or scam style call.
