Said it was about a £5000 PCP claim - had my car reg and make. Had the first line of my address that it was registered to as well. Reasonably convincing as I do have a claim but when I said my address had changed but I was too busy to speak, I asked him to email me. Then he wanted my email which I said he already had on the system and he just said “ok ma’am” and hung up. There was a lot of background noise which was unusual but was very nearly convinced.

Answered this morning but stayed quiet. Caller silent too. Waited half minute then they hung up. Waste of time.
