Appears to be a genuine survey from IPSOS - I was suspicious as I'm registered with TPS, but apparently IPSOS is exempt for some reason! The questioning took a few minutes, but was quite interesting. The lady was polite, but spoke extremely fast - anyone with hearing difficulties, or who doesn't have English as a first language, would struggle. I think an online questionnaire would be a much more efficient method of conducting surveys.
