Female voice, very difficult to understand. Long pauses before she spoke. Finally she said she was an mis-sold car finance advice desk or something so I hung up.

Ben claimed it was time to inspect my loft insulation. That made no sense because our home has a thatched roof and already has plenty of insulation. He would not accept that and kept trying to continue the conversation.
