Announced as "Gabby your local energy advisor" I replied "yet another energy adviser, goodbye"

Feel same as other person. Same callers name. Once my wife had said yes as being the owner of property she (Gabby) kept fading on the line. Worried that when you say yes or no, these callers can record your voice and use it to complete their questions later. Beware everyone.

Beware this number. Called this morning - in my view a likely scam .

A lady with a northern accent who claimed to be Gabby, my energy adviser !!! Usual questions about am I the owner of the property etc. When asked who the company were she stated 'Energy Safety Company'. After repeatedly asking for details of the company she said that 'the booking agent will give you all the details of the company when you book and appointment'. I gave up at this point. Clearly a scam caller working from a script. The landline is registered with the TPS but they claim that there is nothing they can do about such calls. What is the point of the TPS?
