TOTAL SCAM. They claimed to be from sky and said they wanted to offer me discounts on my current sky services. They asked me to confirm my email address so they could email me. The email I received was a one time access code from sky which they wanted me to recite back to them. Had I done this they would have been able to enter my account, order smart phones, laptops etc in my name and / or change my login details so they had total control of my account. They obviously used my email to start the login-in process which generated the access code. Sky's system allows this to happen because once the email is entered an access code can be generated in lieu of a password.

Kept phoning with slightly different numbers at end eg. 412 413 404. If I declined call it immediately rang with the slightly different number.
