Claimed to be processing a PCP claim but gave my husband's name and proceeded to talk to me (a female) about it. I kept them on the phone to see what nonsense they would spout. Kept sending links which I didn't click on. When he eventually realised I was winding him up his whole voice changed and he told me people like me are awful for wasting his time.

Claimed to be official but line noise and script gave it away. Ended the call before they asked more.
