Have called me pretending to national debt agency be very very careful

I never speak when I answer these calls just to see how long they hang on for because the moment you speak, your voice gets recorded and may well be used elsewhere. I seem to getting more calls as we approach Christmas so its best to be double vigilant.

They constantly keep ringing me from different Manchester numbers. Then I block one and they ring on another landline but when it goes over to answer phone they don’t say anything. I live in the midlands and don’t even know anyone from Manchester.
