Claiming to Be from Engie, saying that due to what's going on in world prices due to increase greatly in next 24hrs. Only wanted to speak to decision make and offered to call back when said I would contact my provider directly. Very pushy trying to convince was from company even saying if not happy can help to close account, with this being the only time it could be done without being charged.

Asked for business owner, didn't offer name of where they were calling from. When I questioned this, they sighed audibly and hung up! Called back 30 mins or so later, I let it go to answerphone - no one spoke but there was a pre-recorded message saying 'Please hang up' and they blocked my phoneline and filled up my answerphone recordings as long as they could! More annoying than anything else.
