Some Indian woman trying to explain about Fibre Rollout in our area. Line was very poor and they hung up. So did not get change to figure out what the scam is. But It is Indian Scammers peddling something.

This is an O2/virgin media scam. They say they need to send you a new SIM as your SIM is being phased out. They tell you the last digits is your phone number to sound authentic (the phone number they just rang). They want to send you a SIM, confirm your email, then when you put it in your phone they have your phone number, email and tow factor ID. Total scamola.
