Four calls within one minute, three from numbers, including this one, that differed only slightly in the last two digits (01832430 277, 280, 286) and were rejected as spam. Fourth call from 07393610253 (was this the real number and the others spoofed?) I answered and asked who was calling, but all I got was a short burst of incoherent speech amid much background chatter, and then they hung up.

Automated bot asking if I can hear them then hanging up, known scam tactic used to capture responses.

User reported 01832 430 280 as Neutral

Answered but there was no sound from the other end, hung up after waiting a moment, could be scam or sales.

User reported 01832 430 280 as Dangerous

Automated voice asking questions about home improvements, clearly fishing for responses. Feels like a scam setup.
