Missed call but left a long silent message that drained the phone battery which was very frustrating.

Could hear someone briefly asking if I was there but then silence followed while line stayed open. Very odd experience.

Automated system saying welcome to energy department and prompting for input. No real person involved.

The 'voice' at the other end insisted it was not a robot, but then carried on with its script without needing to breath. Very pushy, bordering on Dangerous, an organisation that should be investigated by the Police and preferably stopped before they ruin some person's life.

Call said somthing about windows needing upgrade and insulation check, I think it was robot voice not real person.
