Had a number of calls from this number, as well as two other very similar numbers. I had already searched the number here and saw people were saying different reasons they were called. When I answered The person was pleasant enough but stated they were calling about mis sold car finance - again a completely different thing to others. Background noise implies a very busy call centre. Don’t trust.

Keep calling from different number to sale energy or some other product these idiot running from different country. Hang up blocked Aware others

Call from indian male. Call centre in the back ground. Held all of my personal information. Address/ email / age wanted to discuss cheaper enery and wanted to send email link for bank clearance and cheaper tariffs. Blocked . Subsequently had calls with 01986 300 with different last three numbers. Be careful of this prefix.

This number rang and it was someone pretending to handle loft insulation claims, sounding like from an Indian call center. They asked if I'd had any issues with damp or energy bills, but I haven't inquired about anything. Hung up immediately, reported to my provider, and now it's blocked. Wish there was a better way to stop these persistent fraudsters.
