Caller purported to be from EE and said he could reduce my monthly mobile phone bill. I made an excuse and hung up. Confirmed with EE that this is a scam.

They call twice a day despite being 'blocked' and leave a silent voicecall. I have played the voiecalls but have never returned the call. This has been continuing daily for more than a week. Simple blocking in the phone app does not seem to stop it.
