Answered the call and only silence was heard on the line, nothing further said so it was immediately ended and blocked

They had a lot of information on me, name address and car registration number regarding my claim from Mercedes for finance. They then asked me to confirm my email address. Advised that my claim had the email address and that I wasn't expecting a call from them, and if they were genuine to put it all in writing to me. They then hung up. Concerning that they knew so much information about me, but as soon as I challenged them they hung up.

Came up as suspected spam on phone. She I answered the person asked if I was Miss 'forename'. I replied that it wasnt quite correct way to address me and they hung up. I've blocked the number now.
