had countless calls from this number. I normally just hang up. James (an automated caller) asks if i have sufficient insulation and that i'm entitled to a free survey. They then ask a series of pre recorded questions. and at the end informs me that i will get a call to arrange an appointment. I am on the TPS so question why am i still being called. Clearly they don't check the register. so find myself questioning what use is the TPS? I usually tell them i live in a castle and they dissconnect. Last time, I gave the correct answers and eventually received a call (5 days later not 30 minutes as the recording says) I explained i was a member of TPS and asked why they hadnt checked. No response. she seemed to know nothing about it. The women (east european) was apologetic and said she'd make sure i was taken off their list but had yet another call this morning.........I'm waiting for the phone call.
