Phone just rung out, wasn't quick enough to answer it.

I recently had a message on my virgin TiVo box saying the box needs upgrading by 2nd June. I went on to the internet link to complete the upgrade which said my new box would be sent out within 7 days. I got a call today from this number which I am 99% certain is VM - I was greeted by my full name and the guy knew how many TiVo boxes I had at home and that I had completed the link to upgrade the boxes but said it needed to be an engineer visit as they need to complete a software update not replace the boxes. He asked for certain characters from my memorable security word and booked the visit for me. I was very unsure on whether to take the call as my mobile flagged it as suspected spam!

They said it was Virgin Media calling for the free upgrade to my TV box, which I'm not in the position to do at the moment as the house isn't occupied so I can't confirm it was VM for real, but NO hard sell or pushing me to continue for any other reason/upgrades etc.

They called to say they were sending me a new virgin box 360 it just came but looks more like a hub but I'm not very techy

I never answer unknown numbers and no message was left. Likely either a scam or sales call so I will ignore it.
