Had the boss' name, caller said he was from Dept of Economy for NI, needed to ask Q's. Told him the boss was busy & doesn't partake in phone surveys. Said he needed direct refusal from the boss. Reiterated the boss was busy & to give me a no to call DoE back on. Then said worked on behalf of them & no direct line to call back on. Had by now seen these comments so challenged caller on being a scam and hung up.

Repeated call definitely not the Government. Blocked the numbers told not to call us again and guess what they called again

Claiming to be Department of Education! Non stop calling blocking up our office phone

Survey call ostensibly from a company working for Govt. on employment and training survey. (or similar) I observed that I was flat out doing everything myself due to the state of the economy and there was no budget for staff or training them.

Harris supposedly calling from Department for Education , then changed it to Department for Skills, wanted to ask questions no doubt to phish for information. Said No Thank you as you instantly know its a scam

Just another data phishing exercise, supposedly on behalf of the "DfE" or "the Government". Waste of time, just politely say no one's available and hang up.

Called our business several times, they have made notes of names spoken to previously. They are clearly data fishing Kept saying government department for education - nothing about them online.

Quite cheeky the guy who called - "Well, it is for the government" then just started speaking over me. Explained the gov don't help us - why should we help them?

Said they were from the government wanting to ask survey questions about how they can support small businesses with recruitment. I offered to do it on email rather than phone as I couldn't speak, they declined. Seemed fishy.
