Indian lady asking if I’m the ‘lady of the house’. Claimed to be from Domestic and General. Asked if my appliances work plz. Then waffled a load of rubbish about all my appliances being covered (no price mentioned) and they’ll repair or replace…and that my paperwork will come within however many working days. Then quickly shifted to asking for my branch sort code for my bank. Being a Domestic and General customer for the past decade I knew this is not how the reps conduct themselves. So I hung up. SCAMMER DON’T FALL FOR IT

Persistent call from a female,said she had paperwork regarding our boiler needing a service, wanted bank details for the direct debit payment for a boiler service.

Asked about insurance for a gas boiler, which I do not even have. Caller sounded scripted and asked for details that made no sense in my situation.
