"energy advisor in your area" keeps on with script

They keep ringing, pretending to be an energy adviser for my area. I’ve told them to stop but they keep calling every few days. SO annoying.

Automated call from "Jo, one of the energy advisers in your area. You're the homeowner aren't you?" I avoided saying "yes" or "no", so that the algorithm couldn't move to the next step, and the call disconnected. Now blocked.
