Hung up as soon as I answered. This number is a scam, avoid it.

Scammers. They will ask for a picture of your name on your online bank account saying you can blank out all all your information so immediately you feel reassured they are genuine THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU. The picture will be used by them to then approach your bank as you using the photo. I was scammed years ago. If this has happened to you your name and number are on a list of successful past scams which is sold to other scammers.
