Call was flagged as 'Suspected Spam', but I answered anyway out of morbid curiosity. She said she was calling from Purity Fundraising on behalf of Greenpeace and she had my details because I signed a petition in 2022 (3 years ago) regarding sewage. Which is true, I did. She wanted a £10 monthly donation to Green Peace over the phone which I declined. She wasnt pushy and as an alternative, she directed me to the Green Peace website to make a direct donation. Purity Fundraising seems to check out as a fundraiser. Probably legit, albeit a less cost effective way to make a donation to Green Peace, as Purity take a small proportion of the donation as a commission.

I have been called by this numbers 4 timesthis week and have never answered as phone was telling me it was nuisance. I checked on the internet and found that this number is often used by Greenpeace which is possible in my case. Perhaps they use someone for marketing calls

I have been called 10 times in the past 10 days. I don't pick up as I don't recognise the number and as they never leave a message, I take it they are scam calls or hard sell sales callers, neither of which I have to time of day for. I have chosen to grade them as harassing, as they keep calling, and are becoming a nuisance. If is was important and legit, I am sure they would leave a message.

I have 020 numbers blocked, as many have been scam calls. so I haven't spoken to anyone on this particular number, so I don't know how genuine they may be. However, they regularly appear on my call list and they have never left a voice mail which they would, I am certain, if it was a genuine company who had business with me. Hoping they will stop soon, as I have joined a company who are taking my name and details off various lists.

Claimed to be Greenpeace, but I’m fairly sure I’ve not signed anything recently.

I did not recognise the number so waited to find out if a voicemail would be left, but none, so I am assuming that it might have been a scam caller
