Called at 9:15 am. Can you hear me okay? I said this is the second call I have had from you. Don’t call me again. Call ended. Whatever you do, don’t say yes because they record it and then use it against you to make out you have agreed to a contract.

“Can you hear me ok?”… then nothing. Also called a few days ago from next sequential number . Both numbers now blocked but no way of telling how many other numbers they may have. Unwanted and intrusive.

Called saying: ‘hello can you hear me ok’ then nothing. I subscribe to the telephone preference service to prevent this kind of nuisance calling. The number I was called on is a hotline for a sick relative so it is particularly annoying.

I did not answer this call, as have been getting several a week. Saying from an energy company. Scam. I keep blocking the numbers, but they just ring again on a different number.

The number 02046131931 first called me yesterday, pakkie accent asking me....''Can you hear me ok'', I replied ''Yes'' and they hung up straight away, today the same number has called me three times, all with ''Can you hear me ok''.........This line is being used for Hearing test scam claims, but what can be done to get these lines shut down for good ??

Did not rcognise number so did not pick up but they have rung for the last 3 days but not left any message. Genuine caller would have left a message.
