Said they were a energy company in my area is sounded suspicious so I hung up.

This is the 6th call that I've received from "jo enrgy adviser" over a sixteen month period. This one sounded like it could be A!. We would all like "the authorities" to take positive action to rid us of this scourge. The fact that each of the six calls came from a different telephone number proves it is a scam and I guess makes it more difficult, but not impossible, to track down these criminals.
