Said they’re from some accident claim. Asked whether he’s proud himself for being a scammer. Said he’d report me to the police and hung up on me.

Caller said he was Ibrahim and referred to issues supposedly reported to a housing officer. This was untrue and appeared to be a fabricated story to gain trust, making it highly suspicious.
