(NB: Other 'who called me' sites have many reports for this number. Wish I'd known.) I was locked out of my eBay account, with it telling me I was using a new device (I wasn't). Told onscreen to ring this number and "mention" (odd term) a long 'verification code'. I rang the number. First an automated female voice said could it record the conversation, and to press 1 for yes and 2 for no. I pressed 2 and the femle voice said that was ok. Number then rang momentarily I think (may not have) and was then answered first with silence, then a seemingly puzzled and curt English male voice just said "hello?". I didn't say anything (as that clearly wasn't an official eBay answering service) and it immediately changed to a loud slow beeping noise so I hung up. I tried numerous times to find a way to report this to eBay but couldn't; no way to reach a human. Why is eBay allowing this on their site? Try to log in and get the message to ring this number again.
