Had a voicemail saying goodbye. When called back just goes to voicemail

Called and said about upgrading my EE account. After making them go around in circles (waste my time I will waste yours) after about 10mins I told them I thought it was such a good deal seeing as nothing I own is EE and they hung up 😂
