Caller claimed to be from EE and said I needed a replacement SIM card. He became increasingly forceful when I refused to provide my personal details.

The caller claimed to be from Sky and said a new SIM card was being sent. When I checked the caller's details, there was no convincing indication that this was actually Sky, which made the call appear suspicious.
