Heavy Asian/Indian accent - claimed to be from O2 who "were offering 50% discount on account fee" - He addressed me as "Sir" acking me to confirm my account details - so I asked him who he thought he was calling, what was the name or number of my account - Obviously, being a scammer, he had no idea, just repeating that he was calling from O2 - Told him he was wasting my time and his, I hung up.
