Caller claimed to be from EE and offered to reduce my existing bill. They asked what I currently paid, which made the offer seem suspicious as they should already have the account details if they were genuine.

The phone identified this number as a scam, so I did not answer. I could not find any convincing information to show that the caller was legitimate.
