Had an urgent toilet leak issue. A lady rang and quoted me a price which I thought was a lot but I was desperate so just agreed. I looked the number up and noticed it said scam plumbers I cancelled the appointment but the man still came round and said I was too late with the cancellation and would still have to pay. He became threatening and abusive and wouldn't leave till I gave in and paid him. £264 for nothing. I was desperate and frightened so paid just to get him to leave as I was on my own.

I called for a plumbing certificate and when they told me the price, I told them it was too expensive and said nevermind but they didn't take no for an answer and now they won't stop phoning me despite blocking multiple numbers. Definitely avoided the worst but still being harassed

I had an emergency toilet issue and these scammers turned up claiming to help. They charged a fortune and didn’t fix anything. Avoid.
