As all the other comments. Said his name was Adam. When we said we were registered with the TPS he got abusive and aggressive so obviously the same idiot as others have reported !

yep, same as everyone else. Guy called Josh, incredibly rude. I hung up.

I have just had a similar experience to the others who commented here. The caller (I think called Josh) was very rude wanting to sell digital phone lines. I said we weren't looking to change our current provider as we were already on a digital system and we were quite happy with it. However he was very arrogant, and pushy, he asked me if I spoke English so I ended up putting the phone down on him. Then he phoned me back to say "Never speak to me like that again". I wasn't even rude to him.

Aggressive and threatening caller. Called himself Josh, based in Southampton, I think.

stroppy little man called josh, put the phone down on me after trying the usual called call patter "we spoke in ....." all I said was well the answer will be the same as then, to which he turned nasty!!!!

Called to sell phone lines, when I said I had updated already and didn't need his help he continually talked over me, getting aggressive when I said I didn't want to talk any further. I eventually put the phone down. He then called again and threatened that I should never put the phone down on him again. Disgraceful.

Phoned my number and asked for the Director by name. When i said he resigned he kept on asking questions. Then sarcasticly said that the last time he looked I wasnt a director and then put the phone down. What an idiot.

asked for director by name, didn't like when i told him that he wasn't available and that i wouldn't say when available. hung up, then phoned back and told me to "watch my tone"
