Text from this number saying “Hi Dad, this is my new phone number. This immediately rang alarm bells as I’m not dad, I’m mum! Our children are adults and don’t text us, We speak! I’m not sure what the purpose was, but obviously trying to get us to use the number. Perhaps we are a bit to savvy, the text could have been sent to my number in error, but just didn’t read as a genuine message to any parent.
